Refund Policy

Since Official Marketing offers many services which are of a non-tangible nature, we do not issue refunds once the order is made and the service(s) has been initiated. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service for Official Marketing.

We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase of services. However, we understand that there are several situations which warrant a refund.

Requests for a refund are accepted in writing within the period of 30 Days after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Use.
